Our Process
The first step of our process is you. You bring the idea to the table; we listen to understand the complexities and how we can solve them. Knowing your goals will inform our high-level creative strategy that serves as a roadmap for our path forward.
We heard your ideas, now here are ours. We deep dive into concept design (pretty pictures that tell a story) with schematic design (technical drawings that add information) in mind. Here, we translate the idea enough so that we’re headed toward something achievable relative to budget and time, a concept we call Obstacle-Based Design.
Here, our goal is to get to a locked design that fits the budget. We’re talking to vendors, putting things out to bid, and collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure proper integration. If we’re inventing something, we’ll share proof-of-concept + engineering mock-ups.
Production is at full blast. Now that we’re on a linear path, we keep the conversation going with sampling, WIP reviews, shop visits, and reporting based on project scale. We keep an open mind so that when new obstacles appear, we can make lemonade.
Now we’re putting the final pieces in place. We’re there for operation, run of show, and teardown if needed. Here, your idea comes to life.

Our FAQS
To Your Faqs
What is the process for my project?
What’s your timeline? We work one step at a time to listen, respond, imagine, and execute. We listen to identify the obstacles and come up with something cool together. Then, we make it happen.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
What’s your budget? We work by leading you through a creative process to arrive at a price point for your idea. We engage at a fraction of your budget to provide answers, not guesses.
How long does it take to design and build?
What can we achieve given the constraints? We love building things nobody’s made before. We’ll iteratively review your ideas and provide feedback to find the right answers.
Who would we work with on your team?
What is the scope? Wherever the idea leads, we’ll shapeshift accordingly. We’re a multidisciplinary team; we build off each other’s contributions. We all speak each other’s language, and everyone brings their ideas to the table.
Are we a good Fit?
We’re endlessly curious about other people’s ideas, and we live to solve the complex creative challenges they present. We give you our all from day one.
